Hello! I am a Ph.D. student in Biomedical Science at the University of Connecticut Health Center (UConn Health), concentrating in Systems Biology. I am working on a Computer Algebra system designed to make the integration and analysis of biomodels easy, while still being an excellent system for more general mathematical and scientific problems.
As an undergraduate, I did research in theoretical biology and cognitive science under Dr. Randall Beer as part of the Computational Neuroethology Lab.
Beyond mathematics and open-source software, some of my other hobbies and interests include: philosohpy of science, epistemology, language, Buddhism, classical guitar, jazz, and volleyball.

The CSS for this website is based on Oskar Wickström’s The Proportional Web and Drew DeVault’s modifications to it (both MIT licensed). I reverted many of Drew’s changes and added a few of my own, but it is largely the same. I do not, have not, and will not use generative AI for anything, ever. Every word,1 every line of code, and every thought is entirely my own, or else the hard work of other people (who will be credited).
